Community Warehouse Chair Affair
The Community Warehouse provides much-needed resources to local families. Their annual Chair Affair gives artists a chance to create and donate to benefit their organization. My Instagram process video
Community Warehouse Chair Affair 2026
I sourced, sanded, primed, and painted this children’s chair to donate to the Chair Affair, a charity auction to benefit the Community Warehouse. Completed November 2025
Hoodland Public Library
I support our local public library by utilizing its services, voting in favor of its bond issues, and donating art when it holds an auction.
Donation to Hoodland Public Library
Donated a framed 8x10 in. giclée print of “Starry Mt. Hood Reflections” watercolor painting to benefit the library at their auction, October 2025
Leach Botanical Garden
This special botanical garden in southeast Portland deserves to be visited and appreciated. I donate annually to their art auction to help them raise funds for the garden’s upkeep.
“NW Woodland Critters,” 6x6 in. acrylic painting. Donated to Leach Botanical Garden art fundraiser, July 2025
“Bee at Purple Rhododendron Flower,” 6x6 in. acrylic painting. Donated to Leach Botanical Garden art fundraiser, July 2024
Breitenbush Hot Springs Resort
This historic healing place suffered a devastating fire in 2020 that burned all of the cabins, the Sanctuary, and the Healing Arts building. I donated prints and photographs of my art to give back to a place that I call my second spiritual home.
“Fairy Pool,” 8x10 original watercolor, reference photo by the artist. Five archival giclée prints were donated to Breitenbush Hot Springs Resort in 2025. The prints hang in the guest rooms.
“Moon over Breitenbush River,” original photograph taken on the bridge at Breitenbush River prior to a lunar eclipse in March 2024. The four donated matted and framed photographs hang in the guest rooms.
The Breitenbush Gift Shop sells note cards with a print of my “Lost Cabins of Breitenbush” painting honoring the historic guest cabins that burned in the 2020 fires.
